Who we are

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and preferred unit type. We also record the page you came from and campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source) to understand which advertising works.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry about Lawncrest and send you prices, availability, floor plans and payment plans, by phone, WhatsApp or email, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

With the developer (Zimaya Properties) where needed to process a reservation, and with service providers that host our forms and CRM. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are only loaded if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention & your rights
